However, if something unexpected occurs and your glasses are defective, call us or contact our customer service on Facebook Messenger for prompt assistance.
For Sunglasses and Eyeglasses (without customized powered lenses), you can only return the product upon delivery by paying the "delivery charge" if it doesn't meet your expectations. If full payment payment made, we offer exchanges/refunds under specific conditions:
To initiate an exchange or refund, call us or contact us on Facebook Messenger within 24 hours of delivery. Pack the product as received, and our delivery personnel will facilitate the exchange upon delivery of the new product. All returns must be unused, in original packaging, with intact seals and tags. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days after the refund claim is received and approved.
***We cannot offer exchange/refund for additional lens orders due to customization, but we're committed to resolving any issues you encounter.
